Shipping & Delivery Policy

• Everything is delivered online to your EdgeCipher account at www.edgecipher.in.
• Plans and AI Credits are added automatically as soon as our payment partner verifies your payment, usually within a few minutes.
• A confirmation and invoice are available in your account under Billing.
• No shipping charges apply, and delivery is the same in every location.

A plan is active from the moment the payment is verified until the end of the period shown at checkout (for example one month). Credit top-ups are available immediately and remain valid for the period shown at purchase.

If your plan or credits do not appear within 30 minutes of a successful payment, email support@edgecipher.in with your registered email and payment ID. We will add them or, if we cannot, refund you under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
